Aziz has built a reputation among his teams for compassionate leadership, adaptability, and understanding the needs of diverse communities.

Bilkis - Director
Bilkis is an experienced health and social care professional. Throughout her career she has developed strong clinical knowledge and a deep understanding of the importance of safe, consistent and compassionate care. Bilkis is an expert in medication management and supporting individuals with complex care needs.
Bilkis is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges. She is committed to providing care that is respectful, person-centred and focused on promoting dignity, stability and recovery. Her approach is grounded in patience, empathy and a genuine desire to support people through difficult periods in their lives.
With extensive hands-on experience, Bilkis understands the importance of earning trust through positive relationships with
the individuals she supports. She believes that every person deserves to be treated with care, understanding and
respect; regardless of their circumstances or past experiences.
Bilkis is at the heart of A&B Eden Group Ltd and our efforts to ensure safe and effective care delivery, particularly in relation to medication support and daily wellbeing routines. She is committed to maintaining high standards of practice while supporting individuals to build confidence, independence and a greater sense of control over their life.
Becky - Operations Manager.
Becky has over 16 years of extensive experience in health and social care. She has dedicated her career to supporting individuals with compassion, professionalism and an unwavering commitment towards helping people achieve their goals.
Becky began her journey working directly as a carer, where she developed a strong foundation in hands-on support and person-centred care. Through dedication and continuous development, she progressed into senior roles including a team leader, deputy manager, and registered care manager, specialising in complex care and mental health support.
Becky has successfully managed multiple care homes and domiciliary care agencies across the North West London boroughs. This has given her significant experience in both operational leadership and service development, as well as a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, quality assurance and delivering high standards of care at scale.
Becky’s approach to care is firmly person-first. She exemplifies genuine human connection and is committed to every individual being treated with dignity, respect and understanding. A highly experienced safeguarding practitioner, Becky has worked across all levels of safeguarding practice and is deeply committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable individuals. Her expertise in this area has led her to support businesses in numerous complex safeguarding cases.
Emma - Wellbeing Counsellor
Emma is a qualified therapeutic counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and
Psychotherapy. She brings a calm, compassionate and person centred approach to her work. Emma has helped A&B Eden Group Ltd to create a safe and supportive space where individuals feel truly heard, valued and understood.
Emma's therapeutic style enables people to explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences in a way that feels comfortable, respectful and empowering. She firmly believes that each person is the expert in their own life. She works alongside individuals at their own pace, building trust, empathy and genuine connection to support meaningful and lasting change.
A core aspect of Emma’s practice is her commitment to continuous learning and development. She believes that
knowledge is power and is passionate about helping individuals understand how their own mind and emotions work. She supports people to recognise unhelpful patterns and develop effective coping strategies that promote long-term emotional wellbeing, stability and independence.
